Private Training

When you choose private training, you'll enjoy individualized consideration and unique solutions for your body. The method is comprehensive and focuses your individual needs.

We'll help you attain your goals, identify the exercises that work's best for you, and conquer the obstructions that may be keeping you from reaching your fitness goals.  By receiving private training you will experience results specific to your needs at a faster rate. 

By working with Saidah, your goals will be accomplished.  Saidah will provide you with the advantage of her knowledge and experience. Together we will build a healthier, happier and fit you.

Fees range from $125 per session to $650 per month. Coaching programs are a minimum of 3 months and typically last 10 months. Additional coaching is available.

Friendship Fitness (small-group training)

Choose private training and split the charge of the program above with a friend. You and your friend share training appointments and split the regular fee. Friendship Fitness provides you with a responsibility associate who can inspire, challenge, motivate, and support you while you both work towards fitness goals. Working with a friend through coaching usually causes additional creative ideas and feedback that you do not receive on the individual level.
