Who else is excited? I love that today is the first day of Spring. Time to renew, rejuvenate and remind yourself that warm weather is right around the corner. Time to workout! Even though we might get another cold spell, who cares? Today is that little glimmer of hope and knowing that change is always taking place and many times for the best.
I would love to keep our Thursday workouts going but with the lack of attendance, I have to cancel the "official" Thursday Spinergy. :-(
Remember, I am available for private lessons as well. FYI: One private lesson = 3 Spinergy classes.

My life, like everyone else's is a constant struggle of finding the time, energy and motivation to workout. Many times, I am highly motivated to workout, but lack the time and/or energy. I have found various ways to make sure that fitness is a part of my life and for many reasons. Physiologically, fitness is a great stress reliever and my knees ache when I don't workout (plus I want my track legs back - am I dreaming?) I recently asked many of my clients and friends why they workout. I received everything from "it makes me feel good" to "I want to look better naked" and my favorite, "to reduce my risks of heart disease." I don't know what your answer is but I do know that tapping into the real reason and understanding it, is what makes it a lifestyle. I absolutely love this recipe. First of all, it is a one pot stop. Less mess and much easier for a busy mom. I plan on serving this with a simple side salad for a bit of texture. I hope that you try it and enjoy.
