Thanks to you for making 2012 a wonderful year. I am looking forward to what 2013 has in store for all of us. My goal for you is to be in the best physical shape that your can possibly be in for 2013. I hold myself to the same standards as I look for fitness classes that take me to the next level in fitness. Things to look forward to in 2013:
- Monthly Wellness Workshops (Vision Board Workshop, January 12 & 19).
- Three 5k's events (one down two to go).
- LYH Fitness Field Day event
- Camp Fit for kids 11-16
- Intense, cardio kicking workouts incorporating athletic training.
