We have about two more weeks before...LYH-Spinergy is launched. If you have attended class, you have probably noticed that we have been a little light on the volume and/or weight resistance. Count on this to continue along with a change in the type of exercises that we are doing. Last week, we did sprints on the Active Oval and this week we will take a visit to the Piedmont Park Pool (Aquatic Center) for Spin and Splash.
This workout is not just about cross-training, and doing something new, but about muscle and joint recovery. I want your muscles to take a break, and get a little physical therapy. Especially before the next cycle of fitness begins. Please feel free to stop by everyone is welcome, even if you don't want to get your hair wet. We will be extra careful and have a lot of fun. - Saidah
