Workout This Week!

Are you busy with travel plans, itineraries and lists?  Well don't forget to schedule time for your health.  I find the only way that I get a workout in, is if I actually schedule it like I would any other aspect of my life.  This week should be an expectation not an exception.  Make yourself a priority.  Here is a great workout that you can do practically "anywhere".  I would add a set. ;-)

Complimentary Family & Friends Week:
Monday, 11/24 - Spinergy Fitness 6-7pm
Wednesday 11/26 - NO CLASS
Saturday 11/29 - Spinergy Fitness 8:30am
